The present terms and conditions of purchase are established between Entretelas Bierzo, C.B. (hereinafter referred to as “supplier”) through its web page www.entretelasvestuario.com and any user that makes a purchase (hereinafter referred to as “customer”, “client”)
The purchase of an item implies the acceptance of the present General Terms and Conditions of Sales on behalf of the client, as well as of any other condition specified in the order itself.
Order Placement
The purchase is made through internet, through the web page following the procedure established. In order to make a purchase order the user shall submit the required personal data.
Amendment/Cancellation of a purchase order
User may amend or cancel an order, as long as it is made within the first 24 hours of payment.
Once it has been submitted and subsequently processed, it cannot be cancelled upon commencement of the manufacturing process.
Payment Terms
Payment will be made at the time of submitting the order by any of the following means:

Delivery Time
Lead time is shown on each product info sheet.
We will start to tailor your order as soon as we receive payment confirmation from our bank. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we finish the manufacture of all its components. Shipping will be made through a courier services agency, and you will receive a tracking number to follow-up your delivery through their web page. At this point the forwarding Agency is entirely responsible for your delivery
Delivery to customer’s address
Customer will receive a text message to their mobile phone informing them that the order will be delivered shortly at the indicated address. In case of absence, a courier will leave a notice or contact the client by phone to agree a new delivery date.
Exchange and Returns
Each order is personally tailored, made to measure and with the selected fabrics and accessories of your choice. Therefore money will not be refunded or charged back in any case. Neither can the supplier accept returns, however we will take all the possible measures available to solve any problem that may arise.
Order fitting, tweaks and alterations
The supplier will perform all the necessary fittings and tweaks to the garment that do not match the initial measures as long as the original design order is not altered.
In order to request fittings on the garment customer must contact Entretelas Vestuario through its web page within the next 3 days after receiving the order.
In this event, the following shall occur:
Length of the garment | From 5 to 15 € |
Sleeves length | From 5 to 10 € |
Vertical Torso measurement | From 15 to 20 € |
Waist fitting | From 5 to 10 € |
Exact estimate of the fittings will be determined according to the garment ordered |
Replacement of item ordered by a new one
In the event that the item received or any of its components does not correspond with the item ordered (perception of colours may vary up to a 10% depending on the screen).
In the event that measures do not correspond with those sent by supplier and there is no possibility of fittings. (please see fitting, tweaks and alterations).
In order to request the replacement of a product, the customer must contact Entretelas Vestuario through its web page within the following 3 days after receiving your item. Entretelas Vestuario, after inspection of the goods, follow a strict policy of Repair or Replace, depending on which remedy is the most appropriate. In the case of a replacement, the supplier will arrange for collection of the item at your address, which shall be sent back within the same package in which it was first delivered. Shipping costs in this case will be at supplier’s expense.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
The parties submit all their disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Entretelas Bierzo, C.B. address.
